The Reactive Maintenance contract for Tube Lines Limited is a 24 hour, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year service that requires faults to be rectified within short response time to maintain the Jubilee, Northern and Piccadilly Lines. This often includes emergency call outs attended within 4 hours.

Our 24 hour dedicated ‘Hub Centre’ provides our clients with a central team who allocate and plan resources across a multitude of the contracts to support our clients. The Centre records all calls, faults, organises the required operative or subcontract trade accordingly, arranges access through managers and ensures the required team / persons are fully trained to the specific task.
