Cleshar is a supply chain partner to Serco Docklands Limited supplying track maintenance services and expertise on the Docklands Light Railway infrastructure.
This project was one of many contracted to Cleshar by Serco Docklands Limited in the last 6 years as part of their extensive, ongoing re-railing programme on the DLR network. Most of the works were undertaken on viaducts with associated access problems. Logistical planning with coordination of road closures, traffic management, lifting plans and possession management enabled Cleshar to successfully deliver the works on time and to budget.
